I can't say enough great things about Nellie's! Their attention to detail and care in their flowers is unmatched. This is my 2nd time ordering from them. They called to make sure the recipient of the flowers was home due to the cold temperatures. Also, they handwrite the message for the flowers which is the perfect personalized touch. The arrangement came out beautifully and brought a smile to my friend's face.

This was part of the note I received from the recipient of this beautiful arrangement from Nellie's: "Just received some totally unexpected, super beautiful flowers - favorite colors, favorite flower shop." I like to work directly with the florist when I order flowers and had a great experience over the phone with Nellie's before I ordered from their website. The actual bouquet delivered was even more beautiful than the photo on the website.
