I had these delivered to a friend, who was just thrilled - said they were gorgeous. I especially appreciated that the shop checked in with me to make sure my friend would be home, so the flowers didn't sit outside on a very hot day.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience, but I will try to say a handful: 1. The staff was friendly and easy to contact when I wanted to check-in on the order status by phone. They gave me an accurate ETA that was right on the mark. 2. (When it turned out that my girlfriend was upstairs taking a nap), the delivery person called me so I could call my girlfriend (to wake her up) to receive the flowers
